Hints on Romance:
This piece is very similar to Francisco Tarrega’s “Etude in E minor”, but only more longer and a bit more difficult. Starting out with “Etude in E minor” first will help you prepare for this piece better. Look for it in the “Piece” section of the site. This piece is played almost entirely in triplets, which can be tough for new players to keep in tempo. Using a metronome is highly advised for this piece. The melody line is usually the only part that moves around, with the other notes usually the same within a measure, so paying attention to this fact will make it easier on you to become familiar with the piece much quicker.

Mwafaq…
Measures 25-32 are the hardest in this piece. There are many bars, big stretches, and weird fingerings, so just learn these measures slowly with all the correct fingerings. It may take some time for these measures to sound clearly, but just stick with correct technique and it will come with time. Thanks.
